What are my responsibilities?
Responsible for aligning, steering and leading different elements of the financial value chain across the Country to manage growth, increase profitability and deliver results. Builds a clear strategic vision and a robust tactical plan for it.
Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, accounting standards and financial reporting requirements. Takes the lead for managing internal and external audits. Ensures effective risk management and internal control systems aligned with Finance strategy and governance requirements.
Supports efficient planning and performance controlling functions for the Division
Supports day-today business activities and collaborates to achieve the Division Country Goals
Supports cost controlling (e.g. transparency, productivity) and asset management (inventory, A/R) for the Division
Supports budget planning and regular forecasting for the Division.
Handling of special controlling topics (e.g., SOA, Compliance, Cost Allocation, Restructuring, Asset Management, A/R).
Human Resource Planning, selection, management, assessment and development of employees in the area of responsibility to ensure long-term target achievement.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce
Accounting, finance and controlling knowledge
MS Office applications – Excel & Power Point
Attention to detail, flexible and able to meet deadlines
Able to work independently, as well as within a team (team player/leader)
Strong organization, presentation and communication skills
